information will help you in placing orders with us as well as define
our company policy to avoid errors and misunderstandings.
C.O.D. orders may be placed by mail, phone, fax

We
welcome orders placed in person as a means of meeting our clients
but we strongly advise you to call first and set up an appointment
just to be sure we're here. Weekends, holidays and after hours are
strictly by appointment. Personal Shopping may be done in our showroom
which is staffed Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and may
be contacted by phone at 1(800) 463-6475 within Canada and the
US or 1-519-762-2712.
The
fax machine and answering machine are on 24 hours a day but when leaving
a message please remember to include your area code with phone number
and name if we are to return your call.
Our
prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Make all money orders payable to Panther Products Canada.
Please do not send cash through the mail.
Orders within Canada may
be paid by money-order, Visa or Mastercard (subject to authorization)
or Pre-authorized Company Cheques.
Foreign or US shipments must be
prepaid before shipping. To assist foreign and U.S. customers, we will
provide a pro-rated invoice upon request.
All shipping costs, taxes,
import fees/duties are charged to the customer and are the responsibility
of the customer.
All shipments sent within Canada may be sent by Express
Post or Can Par (courier); shipping going out of Canada are sent by
Canada Post Parcel or Air Parcel.
C
.O.D. orders are available within Canada only and are payable at
time of delivery by cash, certified cheque or pre-authorized company
cheque. All shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Unclaimed C.O.D.s or refused C.O.D. shipments are subject to all
incurred freight charges, C.O.D. fees and a 15% handling and restocking
fee being charged to the customer's account. More than 2 returns
and those customers are invited to submit orders on a pro-rated
basis so those shipments may be
prepaid.
We endeavour to pack our shipments carefully, however, the unforeseen
happens sometimes and orders may arrive damaged. If this is the case
you may refuse the package but if you don't notify us as soon as possible
and keep all the packaging and labels because they will probably be
necessary evidence in facilitating an insurance claim.
Panther Products repairs or replaces any item manufactured
by us for one year after purchase, with proof of purchase by the
origional buyer.
Special Orders or very large orders requires written
confirrnation and a deposit of 50% of the orders' dollar amount;
it cannot be cancelled once the ordering process with our suppliers
has been started without forfieting deposit.
We endeavor to maintain
published prices, unfortunately it is not always possible and prices
may change without notice.
Returns and Exchanges
Panther Tattoo Supplies offers
a 30-day money back guarantee on returnable products. All returnable
products must be returned unused and in the original condition you
received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear.
Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new
product. By using or wearing the product the first time, our refund/exchange
policy is void
All returnable products are subject to final inspection before your return is
processed.
All
returnable products that need to be sent back to panther
tattoo Supplies for either Credit or Replacement must have a valid
RIN number issued. This number must be visible on the outside of
the box or package that is sent to Panther Tattoo Supplies.
Non Returnable Products
Non returnable products include but are not limited to;
All pigments,
inks and dyes.
All needles and or needle bars loose or ready made.
All body peircing supplies.

If you would like to return or exchange
an item, please Returned
Items Number request form to
fill out a request form, and we will send you a RIN and
instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Information
you will need to provide to be issued you an Returned Item
Number include, Panther Tattoo Supplies Invoice number, Part
number, Qty, reason for the return, and a possible offsetting
PO in some circumstances.
Panther Tattoo Supplies will allow up to seven (7) calendar days from date of shipment by
You the customer to return unopened, undamaged product,subject to this condition:
Products to be returned must be returned to our facility within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the RIN number.
Product received after the (14) day deadline will either be subject to rejection and return, and subject to a reduction in value.
Our RIN number must appear on the outside of each package and referenced on all return paperwork.
Monthly returns cannot exceed 5% of the previous month’s net purchases.
Returns over of 5% of prior month’s net purchases will be rejected.
Shipping charges
are not refundable.
You
must get a "Tracking Number " when you are sending
anything back. Please email us with a tracking number after your
product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be
looking for your tracking number. You
may wish to attach a "proof of delivery" label to your package just
in case it gets lost in the postal system.
Shipping
expenses and a 15% restock fee (non-refundable credit card and handling
charges) are deducted from the refund amount.
We will credit your account
once the item is on our desk and discuss the problem
with one of our staff.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for further
information. Additionally, when ordering from www.panthertattoo.ca,
you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value
of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing
T-shirts, Tattoo Machine, and Tattoo Pigments will be listed in a way
similar to the following example:
T-shirt value: $15.99
